We are scaling fast, geographically and operationally. Finance plays a critical role in enabling that growth in a controlled, compliant, and transparent way.

The Role

As Finance Manager at iwell, you will own and professionalize the financial backbone of a rapidly scaling international organization. You are responsible for the full accounting setup in NetSuite for our 7 international entities and lead a small but capable finance operations team (currently split between AP and AR).

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment: structured, reliable, and compliance-minded, yet pragmatic, energetic, and eager to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end accounting for all international iwell entities in NetSuite

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, including group consolidation

• Build and maintain robust financial structures, controls, and processes that scale with the business

• Act as primary finance contact for:

  • Local service providers (tax, VAT, corporate income tax)

  • Banks

  • Auditors and external advisors

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 finance professionals (AP/AR), with room to grow

• Safeguard compliance across multiple jurisdictions, supported by local advisors but owned internally

• Continuously improve data quality, reporting reliability, and process efficiency

• Support the CFO and leadership team with a strong financial foundation

Requirements 

• A high-potential finance professional ready for the next step, who does not have a slow-moving corporate mindset 

• A completed financial, accounting or business economics education 

• Experience with international accounting and multi-entity environments

• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite (or the ability to master it quickly)

• A growth mindset: you like things that aren’t finished yet and enjoy building structure

• Naturally reliable and detail-oriented, with a clear sense of ownership

• Comfortable operating in a scale-up setting: priorities shift, growth is real and rapid, impact is immediately visible

• Confident communicator with external stakeholders (auditors, banks, advisors)

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
