The Role

As iwell’s Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a data-driven, scalable marketing engine across four European markets. You will own the performance side of our marketing operations and become the internal expert on HubSpot, paid media, and conversion optimization.

You work closely with agencies and our country teams (DE, NL, BE, UK) to accelerate pipeline creation. You translate ICPs, segment insights, and intent data into targeted, always-on campaigns. You thrive in a scale-up environment that requires experimentation, automation, and rapid iteration.

Success in this role means being able to:

  • Build and optimize multi-channel ABM and performance campaigns

  • Turn HubSpot into a predictable revenue engine

  • Translate data and insights into actionable next steps

  • Drive measurable pipeline impact in collaboration with sales

This role is ideal for someone with a growth mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for marketing & technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize iwell’s HubSpot setup, from workflows to reporting and segmentation.

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting) across key markets.

  • Develop and scale always-on ABM programs with country marketing leads: per segment, ICP and country.

  • Own our data enrichment and scoring to identify high-intent accounts and contacts.

  • Improve conversion across the entire funnel with the support of our leading agency (landing pages, forms, nurturing flows).

  • Collaborate with country teams to understand and to align target accounts, track signals, and prioritize outreach in close collaboration with the responsible sales.

  • Run structured growth experiments and share insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Build reporting dashboards that track performance, funnel progression, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements 

  • You have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles.

  • You have strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (must-have).

  • You are experienced with paid media channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting) and know how to optimize campaigns based on data.

  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with data enrichment tools, AI-driven insights, and automation.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch or German is a plus.

  • Preferably, you are familiar with working in analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio).

  • You bring a growth mindset, are proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment.
