The Role

iwell is scaling fast and is expanding to multiple European countries in the coming 3 years. Our goal is to become the leading player in dominant European Markets. We are the market leader in The Netherlands, and are building native teams in Germany, Belgium and the UK. And we are just getting started!

As our Marketing Strategy Manager, you are responsible for creating and aligning the marketing strategy externally and internally to realize our European ambitions. In this allround key marketing position you will inspire based on vision, passion and ambition. You love working all-round and will have the main responsibility to ensure that our innovative product is successfully positioned and marketed in a way that resonates with the target audience, driving both European adoption and overall revenue growth.


Key responsibilities:

  • You will obtain valuable market-insights, hands-on build and implement the new value propositions and will implement marketing- communications plans for our different target groups;

  • Endorsing iwell’s vision whilst hands-on developing and implementing a professional segment approach and making continuous recommendations for optimization;

  • Provide our sales partners with the tools, content, and training needed to effectively sell the product all over Europe;

  • Work closely with teams like product management, sales, and operations to ensure that the product is well understood and promoted across all relevant channels;

  • Remain at the forefront of marketing tools and tactics with understanding of marketing tools including digital, social, online, trade shows, events etc.


Requirements

  • You have completed a master’s degree;

  • You have 5+ years of experience with building and implementing B2B (external) marketing strategies;

  • You are all-round and have a proven experience in a scale-up environment;

  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;

  • You know which marketing tools (trade shows, content, PR) can contribute to iwell’s ambitions;

  • You have an excellent command of the English language (a fluency in Dutch would be preferred).
