About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master or Agile Coach to work across multiple teams and help shape the way we collaborate as we scale. At iwell, we’re growing fast: more teams, more complexity, and increased need for aligned ways of working. You’ll play a key role in building a culture of continuous improvement, team autonomy, and cross-team alignment.

This isn’t about enforcing processes. It’s about empowering people to do their best work, guiding teams through change, and helping roles like our Way-of-Workers and Product Owners grow in how they lead their teams. What you’ll do

• Coach teams and individuals in collaboration, team reflection, and agile values

• Support and help grow our Way-of-Worker roles to lead and evolve their own team practices

• Facilitate cross-team planning, alignment sessions, and team health workshops

• Use data and team metrics (e.g. cycle time, WIP) to identify friction and track improvement

• Help translate team insights into system-level improvements and clear communication with leadership

• Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and feedback
  

What do you bring

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach across multiple development teams

• Comfortable using team metrics to guide reflection and progress, while being mindful of how metrics influence behavior

• Confident facilitator of cross-team workshops and improvement sessions

• Skilled in coaching individuals in various roles: Way-of-Workers, engineers, Product Managers

• Calm, proactive communicator with a coaching mindset

• Based in the Netherlands and ready to join our team in Utrecht
