Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive Scrum Master to work across multiple software development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, alignment, and high performance. As iwell grows, so does our need to effectively collaborate with each other. You will be a key enabler in helping our growing number of teams collaborate more effectively and ensure communication flows smoothly between teams and stakeholders. If you're passionate about agile principles, team dynamics, and helping people do their best work—this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coach individuals, teams and the company in values, principles, and practices to improve team performance and delivery.

  • Identify and help remove cross-team impediments for better collaboration and communication.

  • Promote transparency, alignment, and shared goals across teams and with stakeholders.

  • Work closely with product owners to ensure backlogs are healthy, prioritized, and ready for development.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the whole company and foster a mindset of experimentation and learning.

  • Act as a change agent to nurture Agile maturity across the organization.


Concrete examples of the work you’ll drive

  • As our company evolves, we must intentionally evolve how our teams connect and collaborate. You'll be helping to shape the future of how our teams work together.

  • Organize and host software team-transcending meetings, like our PI planning and alignment sessions.

  • Remove impediments by bringing together the right people and continually improving the process to limit the number of impediments that arise.

  • Coach and align with our team of way-of-workers to help them improve the communication with(in) their teams.


What do you bring

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role, supporting multiple cross-functional teams.

  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to influence without authority.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work with developers, product owners, and leadership alike.

  • Experience in navigating organizational dynamics and resolving cross-team dependencies.

  • Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and related frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).

  • Experience scaling up multi-team environments to their next level.
