The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager, Data & Optimization who will be the driving force to unlock every kilowatt‑hour flowing through our customers’ assets; cutting energy bills, opening new revenue streams and driving each site to optimal performance.

You’ll own the full data lifecycle at iwell: building a solid internal data platform and turning its streams into forecasting, optimization and predictive-maintenance models that power our software and support field operations.

Working alongside fellow product managers and a multidisciplinary data team, you’ll translate business strategy into data products that scale across Europe and keep iwell the first choice for smart energy-flow optimization.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Contribute to the product strategy for Data & Optimization.

  • Define and track success metrics to measure impact and guide decisions.

  • Own the product backlog, turning strategy into shippable increments.

  • Work with stakeholders to gather input, improve usability, and align the product with market expectations.

  • Ensure the product meets compliance requirements for the European market.

Concrete examples of the work you’ll drive

  • Design and ship forecasting models that accurately predict energy consumption and production.

  • Build optimization algorithms that squeeze maximum value from every kilowatt‑hour.

  • Develop and scale a secure data platform and robust data pipelines that forms the base for all machine learning, analysis and customer facing visualizations. 

  • Develop predictive‑maintenance capabilities that anticipate and prevent costly equipment failures.

  • Transform complex energy data into intuitive, actionable insights that delight users and inform decisions.

What do you bring

  • 5+ Years of experience and proven impact as a Product manager or equivalent role in data-intensive environments

  • Working knowledge of modern data technology stacks 

  • A track record of successfully launching data products or ML-powered features at scale

  • The ability to align product vision and roadmap with company goals and OKRs.

  • Experience working with Agile practices, focusing on improving the product step by step and preparing for growth

  • Excellent communication skills, you need to be able to persuade, negotiate and inspire at every level, from C-suite to individual contributors
