The Role

As a member of our realization team, you will leverage your technical background and passion for project management to bring our battery projects to life. You will work closely with the team to oversee the entire realization process, ensuring the successful implementation of our battery systems. Collaborating with external stakeholders (clients, installers, contractors, suppliers) and internal teams (sales, hardware, and software development), no two days will be the same.


Key Responsibilitie

  • Lead the development of Cubes (our battery systems)

  • Oversee the planning, installation, and commissioning of battery systems

  • Direct and manage installers and internal colleagues to ensure project success

  • Ensure projects operate to high standards and meet deadlines

  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team

  • Bring fresh perspectives and ingenuity to drive project success and company growth



Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing (electro-)technical installation projects

  • Enthusiastic and hands-on approach to contributing to iwell's success

  • Minimum of three years of project management experience and a completed MBO+ or HBO degree

  • Advantageous to have knowledge of energy storage and renewable energy sources

  • Strong commitment to providing thorough and clear documentation for project success

  • Prioritize client satisfaction and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle

  • Enjoy streamlining business procedures and thrive in an ever-evolving environment

  • Fluency in Dutch
