Frustrated by slow institutional progress, we've taken action to build a sustainable energy infrastructure. By using business as a force for good and integrating sustainable goals with smart battery storage solutions, we are transforming Europe’s energy landscape from centralised, fossil-fuel dependence to a local, clean, and dynamic system—one building at a time.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, strategic marketing, and development teams to ensure alignment and consistency across software, data and hardware products.

  • Own product management processes and facilitate and lead quarterly Program Increment Planning sessions to manage progress and prioritize epics effectively.

  • Ensure functional product market-fit and non-functional drivers such as robustness, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Partner with Operations teams to enhance the operational maturity of iwell’s solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product and portfolio management, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams in complex product environments.

  • Strong technical understanding of product architecture, including scalability, modularity, and operational considerations.
