The Role

As a Senior Marketing and Events Specialist at iwell, your mission is to elevate our brand presence, and position iwell as a thought leader in the energy transition space. You will be responsible for designing and organizing impactful events that amplify our message, build our brand recognition in the big European markets and strengthen relationships with partners and (potential) customers.

This role requires a strategic mindset to determine which events and partnerships are most impactful, while also managing the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels. From industry trade shows and customer roundtables to webinars and sustainability summits, you'll ensure iwell shows up in the right place, with the right message, and shines bright!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing and event strategy aligned with iwell’s brand positioning and growth goals.

• Identify key industry events, conferences, and speaking opportunities that align with our mission and generate strong ROI.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute external and internal events, including trade fairs, product launches, webinars, and partner events.

• Collaborate with sales teams in DE, BE, UK and NL to ensure events and campaigns are closely aligned with commercial goals and messaging.

• Create and oversee marketing materials, digital content, and campaigns that communicate our story clearly and consistently.

• Build and maintain relationships with external event partners, industry media, and suppliers.

• Evaluate the impact of events and campaigns with clear metrics, reporting on effectiveness and providing recommendations for future improvements.
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and event management, preferably in the tech, energy, or sustainability sectors.

• Proven ability to think strategically about brand growth, lead generation, and event participation with measurable results.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both Dutch and English.

• A passion for sustainability and a creative mindset to help shape and grow iwell’s brand in a competitive landscape.
